Six ways to pie
Six native pie and donut patterns, with a period slicer and an exploded-slice page.
Six ways to pie
Hires by channel · FY2026
Pie charts get a bad reputation, mostly because the default one is hard to read. This build shows six native pie and donut patterns that hold up, all formatted inside Power BI with no custom visuals.
What’s inside
- Six pie and donut variations on one dark violet canvas
- A Month, Quarter and Year period slicer driving every visual
- A spare page with an exploded-slice pattern
- Synthetic hiring-by-channel data, so you can open it and take it apart
